SHIPPING PROCEDURES

Upon issuing your purchase order, you must instruct to the supplier as follows:
(Copy of your purchase order must be sent to CargoTrans International, LLC for the record)

CargoTrans International LLC will instruct the supplier to ship promptly and economically to the proper pier or airport closest to the location of goods if necessary, CargoTrans International will arrange for the containers to be spotted at the suppliers door when required.

CargoTrans International LLC as shippers' agents will :

  • Book The Freight
  • Obtain the best possible shipping rates
  • Issue all export clearance documentation
  • Arrange for re-packing or warehousing (If Needed)
  • Obtain the validated bills of lading / AWB after loading.
  • Verify all your shipping
  • Arrange for insurance from door to door for 110% of invoice value is required.
  • Send all original documents to you by courier promptly.
  • Pay for all shipping charges on your behalf after receipt of proceeds
